About the Role

Creation Business Consultants is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the Operations Department's goals by managing company incorporation and amendment processes, handling labor and immigration applications, and ensuring legal compliance across contractual relations. The role also involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Country Manager, Government Relations, and Operations teams, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, and maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities - Client Operations

  • Manage all documentation processes for company incorporation and amendments.
  • Handle labor and immigration applications for clients.
  • Liaise with relevant government departments and authorities, including the Ministry of Labour, Immigration Department, Police Department, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, and Free Zone authorities, to gather accurate and timely information for operational tasks.
  • Provide customer service and ensure efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Receive client documentation from the CBC operations team, arranging for translation, attestation from various ministries, scanning, and secure electronic and physical filing in designated folders.
  • Complete, manage, and update client files, receipts, and official documents, sharing updates with the Operations Team and maintaining the daily Task Sheet.
  • Create accounts and process clients’ online applications through various portals, then assign and distribute tasks to Government Relations Officers (GROs) for online and on-ground completion.
  • Conduct research and prepare client proposals and banking documentation.
  • Ensure legal compliance on all contractual relations to support the Operations Department's goals.

Key Responsibilities - Office Management and Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager, Government Relations, and Operations teams.
  • Manage office activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Report and promptly resolve any office facility-related issues.
  • Professionally answer and screen all incoming phone calls, forwarding them to the relevant individuals and departments.
  • Organize and update office and client contact information and filing systems.
  • Schedule office meetings and online meetings, including sending calendar invitations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in corporate services or professional services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Proven record of 2 years in operational, project management, and customer support roles.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Zoho.
  • Basic project management and coordination skills are preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Client Relationship Executive will operate within a dynamic environment, serving as a key link between clients, government entities, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
