The Client Services Executive Role

Sahm is seeking a Client Services Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is a key link between clients and internal departments, responsible for ensuring that client requirements are effectively communicated and executed. The position is full-time and based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor service performance and follow up on client feedback.
• Track and resolve client concerns and operational issues.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up communications.
• Ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and action plans.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a client services or account management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and coordinate service delivery effectively.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to client management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires coverage and client engagement in cities including Jeddah and Makkah.
