Role Overview

The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of clinic activities, patient flow, and administrative tasks. This position involves direct interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and various departments to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations, including appointments and patient schedules.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, nurses, and other departments.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling processes.
• Address patient inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure the clinic environment is organized and prepared for daily operations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and relevant departments as required.
• Prepare reports, documents, and administrative records.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in clinic coordination or a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
