About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking a Cloud Security & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in cloud security, focusing on ensuring robust security controls and regulatory adherence within a significant cloud migration initiative.

Role Context: GCP Migration Program

The Cloud Security & Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting a large-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration program. The primary objective is to embed comprehensive security controls and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the entire migration lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments both prior to and during the migration process.
• Implement specific GCP security controls, including VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK), and Security Command Center (SCC).
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements such as those from the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and Digital Government Authority (DGA).
• Monitor security risks and manage incidents effectively throughout the migration phases.
• Review and validate security controls within the established Cloud Governance Framework.
• Provide expert security guidance and recommendations to the project team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field.
• Relevant certification such as Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

Essential Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in cloud security roles.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with Google Cloud Security Command Center (SCC).
