Role Overview

Marriott International is seeking a full-time Cluster Credit Accounts Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This role is integral to maintaining the accuracy of financial figures, postings, and documents. The Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, securing, and maintaining all financial records, cash, and cash equivalents in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.

Core Financial Responsibilities

  • Verify figures, postings, and financial documents for accuracy.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in compliance with established policies.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information effectively.
  • Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, and computer systems.

Reporting and Account Management

  • Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute various statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified by company guidelines.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
  • Follow up on and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until full payment is received or the issue is resolved.

Team Leadership and Professional Standards

  • Coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Serve as a departmental role model or mentor, guiding team members.
  • Assign tasks and ensure their timely completion while meeting appropriate quality standards.
  • Report work-related accidents or injuries immediately upon occurrence to management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required for this role.
  • License or Certification: None specified.

Physical Requirements and General Duties

The role requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Additionally, the Cluster Credit Accounts Supervisor will perform other reasonable job duties as requested by their Supervisors.
