About the Opportunity

Marriott International is seeking a Cluster Credit Accounts Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on maintaining financial accuracy and robust record-keeping within a cluster environment.

Role Overview

As a Cluster Credit Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial figures, postings, and associated documents. This role involves organizing, securing, and maintaining all financial records, cash, and cash equivalents in strict accordance with company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the position also includes the recording, storage, access, and analysis of computerized financial information.

Core Responsibilities

  • Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records using various tools.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
  • Follow up on and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.

Operational Duties and Professional Conduct

  • Coordinate tasks and work effectively with other departments.
  • Serve as a departmental role model or mentor, assigning tasks and ensuring their timely completion to appropriate quality standards.
  • Report work-related accidents or injuries immediately to management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role are expected to have 0-1 years of relevant experience in credit accounts or a similar financial administrative capacity.

Additional Expectations

The role may involve performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. The Cluster Credit Accounts Supervisor will also execute other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
