About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Cluster Reservation Agent for the Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Olaya. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

Role Overview

The Cluster Reservation Agent is responsible for managing reservation inquiries and bookings across a cluster of properties. This role ensures efficient and accurate handling of guest reservations, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness within the hotel group.

Key Responsibilities

• Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
• Maintain detailed and organized reservation records.
• Communicate effectively with guests and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel reservation policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Ability to work full-time in Riyadh.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reservation systems is preferred.

Compensation

The salary offered for this position is 5500 SAR per month.
