The company is seeking a Co-Founder & Managing Partner to lead Capital & Venture Building efforts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Co-Founder & Managing Partner will be an equity partner responsible for leading capital raising and venture building initiatives. This role involves contributing to the development of SOURCE | Ventures as a venture-building company behind multiple startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategies across the venture portfolio.
• Build direct relationships with VC General Partners, investment committees, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Secure introductions to key investment decision-makers.
• Structure investment opportunities, negotiate term sheets, and manage deal closures.
• Collaborate with the Founder to develop SOURCE into a leading venture-building company.
• Evaluate, structure, launch, and scale technology ventures.
• Develop investment strategies, capital allocation frameworks, and venture growth plans.
• Build strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and corporate investment opportunities.
• Establish relationships across Riyadh, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC region.
• Connect SOURCE with investment firms, corporate venture capital teams, and family offices.
• Position SOURCE within regional and international investment networks.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior experience in roles such as Venture Capital Partner/Principal, Venture Studio Partner/Venture Builder, Investment Director/Principal, Head of Investments/Corporate Venture Capital, or Private Equity/Family Office Investment Professional are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A proven investment or venture-building track record.
• Strong, direct relationships with VC firms and investment decision-makers in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Deep knowledge of venture valuations, fundraising, deal structuring, and investment negotiations.
• Experience taking companies from early-stage development to institutional investment readiness.
• Ability to establish partnerships and execute initiatives.
