Role Overview

The Co-Founder will be instrumental in building Ailgos' presence in the Kingdom, focusing on strategic direction, business development, and key stakeholder engagement. This position requires a genuine partner who believes in the project's vision and is committed to building its value and long-term growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the foundational development and strategic planning of the company.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Establish and reinforce an Italian brand identity synonymous with high quality and luxury.
• Actively support the company's startup and expansion phases, commensurate with a founding partner's role.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in business development, corporate management, or luxury project execution.
• Extensive network within the Saudi market, with a preference for connections in the real estate, hospitality, or high-end project sectors.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an asset.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to building a long-term venture.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence to actively manage operations and foster relationships within the local market.
