About the Co-op Engineering Program

WSP in the Middle East is offering a Co-op Training Program in Riyadh, designed for motivated Saudi National students. This internship opportunity is for individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. The program aims to provide hands-on experience, enabling participants to support project teams and contribute to project delivery within a multidisciplinary environment.

Program Focus and Disciplines

Participants in the Co-op Engineering program will develop practical and professional skills by working alongside experienced professionals. Opportunities are available across various engineering and technical disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Landscape Engineering, and Architectural Engineering, among other relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams with day-to-day technical and project-related activities.
• Assist in preparing technical documents, drawings, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and project coordination activities.
• Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform other tasks relevant to the assigned discipline under supervision.

Candidate Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant engineering, architecture, landscape, or technical discipline.
• Demonstrated good academic standing.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a professional environment.

Program Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet specific criteria to be eligible for the Co-op Training Program:

• Cooperative Training (COOP) must be a mandatory requirement for graduation from your current academic program.
• Submission of an official university letter confirming the COOP requirement and the specified training period.
• Provision of an academic transcript.
• Availability for the entire required training period, subject to university requirements.
• Eligibility to register under the COOP program via Qiwa/HRDF, where applicable.
