Collection Specialist

About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Collection Specialist to join its Customer Success team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records. The specialist will contribute to the company's cash flow objectives while fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding overdue accounts.
• Update payment status and collection activities accurately in the company's systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Customer Success teams to resolve issues affecting customer payments.
• Handle overdue accounts professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies, financial governance, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities and customer communications.
• Contribute to improving collection processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in collections or a similar customer-focused financial role.
