The Role of Collection Specialist

JLL is seeking a Collection Specialist to manage rent and receivables collection for a premium residential community located in North Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing arrears, and fostering positive tenant relationships through professional collection practices. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely collection of rental income, service charges, utility rebills, and other receivables.
• Issue invoices in accordance with lease agreements and approved schedules.
• Implement automated reminder systems and proactive tenant communication protocols.
• Achieve and maintain high collection performance targets.
