About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Commercial Associate Manager for the Fruit and Vegetables category. This regular position is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience managing or supporting the Fruits & Vegetables category within a supermarket, hypermarket, or food retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive category sales, margin growth, and product availability.
• Knowledge of local and imported Fruits & Vegetables sourcing channels and supplier networks.
• Familiarity with assortment planning, range reviews, promotional planning, and pricing strategies.
• Strong understanding of merchandising standards, planograms, and category presentation.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Replenishment, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Ability to identify market trends, customer preferences, and commercial opportunities to improve category performance.
