Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing the commercial and contractual aspects of our significant infrastructure and utility projects within the region.

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day commercial and contractual administration of an assigned infrastructure or utility package. This includes meticulous review of financial documentation and active support for commercial administration across multiple work packages on large-scale developments, ensuring compliance and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day commercial and contractual administration for the assigned scope of work.
• Review contractor valuations, variations, and cost reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Support overall contract administration, including managing contractual correspondence and change processes.
• Coordinate with the Senior Cost Manager and Commercial Director on identifying and mitigating commercial risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management or similar role.
• Demonstrated regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, specifically on infrastructure and utility projects.

Work Setting
