Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the concierge team, ensuring they are trained, knowledgeable, and capable of delivering customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools to assist guests effectively.
• Interact directly with customers daily, answering queries about local attractions and events, and providing recommendations for dining or entertainment.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and stay updated with current trends and attractions.
• Assist guests with reservation services, including making reservations at restaurants, booking transportation, or securing tickets for various activities.
• Efficiently make arrangements by understanding guest preferences and needs.
• Oversee guest luggage handling services, ensuring proper storage and delivery while maintaining security and professionalism.
