The Role of Concierge Supervisor

The Concierge Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operations of the concierge desk. This position involves both team management and direct guest interaction, providing information and services. The role is full-time and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the concierge team, ensuring training, knowledge, and service delivery standards are met.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to facilitate effective guest assistance.
• Interact directly with guests, addressing inquiries about local attractions, events, and offering dining or entertainment recommendations.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the local area and stay informed about current trends and attractions.
• Assist guests with reservation services, including restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and securing tickets for activities.
• Make arrangements efficiently, considering guest preferences and needs.
• Supervise guest luggage handling, ensuring secure storage and delivery with professionalism.
