Conference & Banqueting Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Operations Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of banquet events, ensuring their smooth execution and maintaining high standards of hospitality for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute various banquet events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Supervise the setup of function rooms, ensuring that linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant teams across Food and Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping.
• Oversee the breakdown of function rooms and ensure all equipment is stored correctly for subsequent events.
• Manage banquet staff, which includes scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition of team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain the wellbeing of guests and team members.
