Role Context and Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad spectrum of claims, disputes, and arbitrations.
• Manage dispute resolution processes, including the involvement of outside counsel.
• Provide strategic counsel aimed at minimizing project risk.
• Handle matters that may encompass general commercial contracts, construction, engineering, and finance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Common law qualification is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Previous experience gained at top-tier law firms or within international corporate legal departments.
• Demonstrated background in managing complex, high-value construction and infrastructure projects and their associated disputes.
