As we continue our expansion across Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to translate this vision into remarkable, functional spaces in Riyadh.

Role Purpose

The Construction Manager will lead projects from the initial planning and design phases through construction, closeout, and final handover. This full-time role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing on-site execution, and ensuring that every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to Mnzil’s standards for quality, originality, cost-effectiveness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initial planning and design through completion and handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review architectural and engineering designs to ensure practicality, coordination, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the project vision.
• Develop and review project scopes, technical specifications, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and pricing proposals.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Establish project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
• Track project costs and progress, identify budget or schedule risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Manage design changes, variations, claims, and technical clarifications.
• Provide management with clear reports on project progress, costs, risks, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve construction methods, materials, design efficiency, and overall project value.
• Lead project closeout, snagging, documentation, and final handover processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a related professional field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading construction projects from initial concept to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management best practices.
• Ability to effectively manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines.
