Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Construction Manager to join a team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in managing complex construction projects.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure or building projects. This role acts as the primary bridge between executives, contractors, and site teams, and is accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Project Planning & Strategy: Defining project scopes, developing comprehensive execution plans, and establishing delivery milestones.
• On-Site Execution: Supervising construction activities, coordinating logistics, and managing daily briefings with contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifying project delays, budget overruns, or safety hazards, and implementing immediate recovery plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary interface between clients, government authorities, utility providers, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Commercial & Contract Oversight: Assisting in budget control, cost forecasting, variation claims, and ensuring contract compliance, often using frameworks like FIDIC.
• Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforcing strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and overseeing quality assurance and site audits.

Required Professional Experience

Candidates must demonstrate substantial professional experience, including:

• Proven experience on mixed-use, high-rise, hospitality, commercial, residential, or major infrastructure developments.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and project management consultants.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

A strong understanding of the following areas is essential for this role:

• Construction methodologies and project controls.
• Risk management, commissioning, and handover processes.
