Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities and progress, providing technical advice to supervise staff, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
• Support the development of KSA national employees to meet corporate objectives, Saudization targets, and foster knowledge dissemination.
• Provide input to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure.
• Manage team affairs with high standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics policy and company values, reinforcing a strong people culture and ethical business practices.
• Manage the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP within the function.
• Supervise related equipment operations at site and manage effective utilization.
• Assist the Project Manager with producing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor project execution items, report unbudgeted ones, and issue variation orders for scope changes.
• Liaise with project management to obtain consultant approval for design, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Regularly report the operational and financial status of site zones to the Project Manager.
• Monitor labor productivity and availability, coordinating with HR and management for timely resource mobilization.
• Provide comments and recommendations for the Engineering function to generate shop drawings.
• Assist the Project Manager in developing project work plans, assigning activities, and directing efforts to meet project goals.
• Follow up on delivery and close out of site works in accordance with contractual arrangements and financial objectives.
• Prepare and present monthly site summary reports for the Project Manager.
• Support the development and maintenance of constructive client relationships.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans and controls, making recommendations on specifications, budgets, and schedules, and highlighting risks with mitigation plans.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to establish detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
• Promote and maintain health and safety standards, including site inspections.
• Ensure the implementation of approved shop drawings as per specifications and standards.
• Establish good communication channels with other Project departments.
• Prepare all Inspection Requests and follow up with Consultant’s engineers for work approvals.
• Ensure the implementation of the company's QHSE plans on site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (*** in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction and project management.
• At least 4 years of this experience must be in a Construction Managerial position.

• Well-experienced in implementing Statutory, Legal, and Company Policies and Procedures.
