About the Role

Pico Play is seeking a Construction QAQC Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring that all themed attraction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control policies and procedures across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures across all projects.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to address potential non-conformities.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain and manage QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management and clients.
• Ensure all project quality records are maintained and accessible for future reference.

Collaboration and Risk Management

The role involves collaborating with project teams and suppliers to proactively address risks and maintain excellence throughout all themed attraction projects. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to ensure quality standards are upheld from inception to completion.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within construction or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing QA/QC processes and ensuring project compliance.
