  • Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practice, in-clinic and telemedicine regulations, and geriatric care through continuous professional development.
  • Contribute to clinical governance by participating in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research activities, and regulatory compliance programs.

Telehealth Proficiency and Continuous Learning

  • Maintain and continuously enhance clinical knowledge in family medicine with a focus on geriatric care, covering both in-person and telemedicine best practices.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the clinic's EHR system, telemedicine platforms, and digital health technologies, including video consultations and secure communication.

Patient Safety and Collaborative Care

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety by delivering safe, evidence-based care and adhering to established clinical safety protocols across all patient interactions.
  • Identify, report, and escalate patient safety risks, incidents, and quality concerns in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, medication use, potential adverse effects, and follow-up care to support informed decision-making and medication safety.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered consultations through effective communication, comprehensive clinical assessment, empathy, and shared decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care and optimize clinical outcomes.
