About the Role
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Saudi is seeking a Consultant, Procurement to join Inverto in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to strategic procurement and supply chain management. The Consultant will work with leading global organizations to develop and implement transformational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct holistic project work, including analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups.
- Develop suitable strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement processes.
- Implement these strategies to achieve tangible results for clients.
- Engage in intensive customer consulting, collaborating closely with clients, and preparing for and participating in workshops and negotiations.
- Present processes and structures, serve as a direct contact, and build client confidence by quickly acquiring industry-specific knowledge.
- Work on a broad range of challenges across diverse customer portfolios and project assignments, both domestically and internationally, spanning various industries from start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, and automotive, to pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Contribute to cross-industry development by participating in various competence centers to further develop skillsets in new subject areas.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with an above-average academic performance.
- First relevant experience (0-1 years) in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting, gained during studies.

- Flexibility with mobility for project assignments.
