The Role: Contact Center Specialist
Lets Pizza Saudi Arabia is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, managing communications and resolving inquiries to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, menu items, and branch locations.
- Provide support to customers experiencing delivery or service issues.
- Utilize contact center systems and IVR tools for effective call management.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and details.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and feedback.
- Coordinate with branch staff to confirm orders, address complaints, and follow up on customer feedback.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and professional communication in every interaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Proficiency in using contact center systems and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Capability to coordinate with internal teams and external branches.
Work Environment
