Contracts & Commercial Director

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Contracts & Commercial Director to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing all contract activities for a division, a major market segment, or a significant project. The role may require travel to client offices or project sites, both prior to final contract approval and throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensure the proficiency and timeliness of contract administration.
• Make staffing assignments and reassignments as company and project needs arise.
• Recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective employees.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team, project management, and project controls management to ensure proper support for contract negotiations and administration.
• Review requests for proposals to identify risks and contractual terms that do not conform to company policy.
• Negotiate complex contractual issues.
• Interact with various departments within SAPL, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate the proper execution of services.
• Maintain active participation in relevant professional societies to stay informed on contractual issues.
• Perform other associated responsibilities as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of contract activity for a division, major market segment, or significant project.
• Experience in providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient contract administration.
• Proficiency in reviewing proposals, identifying risks, and negotiating complex contractual terms.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and operates on a full-time basis. The position involves collaboration with internal teams and external clients, with potential travel required to client offices or project sites.
