About the COOP Security Managed Services New Associate Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a COOP Security Managed Services New Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals in their final year of university studies, offering a hands-on program within the Security, Risk & Architecture practice. The role involves contributing directly to client work by supporting the design and implementation of security solutions for organizations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of security solutions across client environments, including digital identity, platform security, cloud security, and data & AI protection.
• Assist in Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, such as monitoring, alert triage, and incident response workflows.
• Help assess and document security postures against established frameworks and enterprise policies.
• Work within blended onshore and offshore delivery teams, gaining exposure to global security delivery operations.
• Contribute to security architecture reviews and assist in aligning solutions with client risk frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the last year of a Bachelor's program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, and core security concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support problem-solving discussions across teams.
• Clear communication skills, comfortable working with technical colleagues and client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, or NCA ECC.
• Coursework or self-study in threat modeling, identity management, or SOC operations.
• Interest in pursuing certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH.
