The Role of Corporate Operations Specialist

The Corporate Operations Specialist will manage daily HR operations, government relations (GRO), local labor compliance, office administration, and vendor management. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The specialist will serve as the primary operational anchor for the Saudi Arabia team, ensuring smooth onboarding, full regulatory compliance across government portals, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Saudi regulatory authorities in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Execute operational tasks on government portals, including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
  • Handle the end-to-end Iqama process, including new issuance, renewals, and exit/re-entry visa processing.
  • Lead business visa and work visa processing for new joiners and visitors to the Saudi Arabia office.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all company official documents, licenses, and commercial registrations.
  • Address employee requests and inquiries across offices, providing resolutions within designated SLAs.
  • Oversee medical insurance administration, including employee additions, deletions, tier updates, and policy renewals.
  • Support onboarding workflows and administrative setup for new joiners in Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain Saudi office facilities, manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure a professional workspace.
  • Manage petty cash handling, tracking, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Process and handle vendor invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers.
  • Arrange business travel logistics for team members, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, local transportation, per diem management, and venue/event coordination.
