Cost Control Manager

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Cost Control Manager to lead cost control efforts for multi-billion SAR hospitality mega-projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on ensuring rigorous budget governance, accurate forecasting, and strong commercial discipline across projects.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage all aspects of cost control for large-scale hospitality projects. This includes maintaining cost visibility, providing clear financial intelligence, and mitigating financial risks to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project cost control, reporting, forecasting, and governance processes.
• Manage project budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, Estimate at Completion (EAC), Cost to Complete (CTC), cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Provide executive-level cost intelligence and early warnings regarding potential financial risks.
• Monitor major packages, subcontractor performance, procurement commitments, variations, and overall commercial exposure.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Project Leadership teams.
• Establish and maintain high standards for cost reporting, controls, data integrity, and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead and develop the cost control team in alignment with Tier-1 project standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a senior cost control leader with demonstrated capability in managing the scale, complexity, and financial exposure associated with multi-billion SAR mega-projects. This role requires the ability to provide reliable forecasts and decisive commercial insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost control, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex financial exposures and providing accurate forecasts.
