Role Overview

The English Call Center (CX) Agent will be a key point of contact for clients, responsible for delivering seamless and positive interactions. This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with fluency in English and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all interactions.
• Follow established customer service procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Customer Experience is preferred.
