The Role of Customer Solutions Consultant

The Customer Solutions Consultant drives digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with sales, engineering, and support teams. This position involves influencing long-term strategic direction, serving as a trusted advisor, and engaging with CXOs and technology decision-makers to help customers evaluate and optimize their cloud communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Help customers evaluate their cloud communication strategy.
• Recommend solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Remove deployment roadblocks and ensure successful adoption, driving customer satisfaction.
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Build working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Join Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, shaping relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts for clients and internal teams using Unifonic's products.
• Build and deliver product demos and pilots showcasing Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on business cases.
• Hand off won deals to the Customer Success team with clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.
