CodeNinja Inc. is a tech and AI consulting firm that delivers embedded and forward-deployed engineering and analytics teams across KSA, Pakistan, Egypt, and Latin America. The firm partners with leading banks, telcos, and enterprises to build data-driven, customer-centric capabilities. We are currently seeking to hire two CVM / Segmentation Specialists to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, hands-on execution role supporting a Retail Banking client.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to support customer segmentation, profiling, and campaign targeting. It is focused on translating customer data into actionable commercial insights that enhance campaign performance. This position requires direct involvement in execution and is not solely a strategy or advisory function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer segmentation models based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage.
• Conduct customer profiling and behavioral analysis to identify targeting opportunities.
• Support campaign targeting by translating segmentation outputs into actionable audience lists.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer response, integrating insights back into segmentation logic.
• Develop and maintain BI/reporting dashboards to track CVM metrics and campaign KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, BI, and product teams to convert data into commercial actions.
• Continuously refine segmentation frameworks based on performance data and business feedback.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following essential qualifications:

• Strong background in Retail Banking / CVM analytics.
• Hands-on experience building segmentation models (*, RFM, behavioral, value-based).
• Proven customer behavior analysis and profiling experience.
• Strong BI/reporting skills, including proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial and campaign recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with campaign management platforms (*, SAS CI, Adobe Campaign).
• Exposure to predictive or propensity modeling.
• Prior experience specifically within a banking or telco CVM function.
