CX Project Manager

About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation, a leading organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified CX Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of CX services projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Identify and allocate project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and achievement of project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Ensure smooth project execution by adhering to approved timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Document project progress, key decisions, risks, issues, and challenges in the project management system.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, dashboards, and escalation logs to stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation standards and ensure timely completion of deliverables and Certificates of Completion (CoC).

Stakeholder Communication and Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
• Address stakeholder concerns promptly and align project goals with expectations.

Team Leadership and Performance

• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance performance.
• Monitor team productivity and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for training, development, and performance improvement.

Reporting and Special Projects

• Ensure timely publishing of key reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead and execute special projects or tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within CX services. The role requires a professional who can maintain quality standards and support successful project delivery.
