Cyber Security Supervisor

About the Role

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Supervisor to enhance its cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and security operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Cyber Security Supervisor will play a key role in strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture. This involves supervising various cybersecurity activities and ensuring their alignment with established security requirements and frameworks. The role focuses on managing GRC activities, monitoring risks, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cybersecurity activities and ensure alignment with organizational security requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities.
• Maintain and monitor cybersecurity risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Support compliance with NCA ECC, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and PDPL requirements.
• Oversee cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and security controls.
• Support cybersecurity audits, gap assessments, remediation, and compliance activities.
• Monitor Identity & Access Management (IAM), privileged access, MFA, and access reviews.
• Assess third-party and vendor cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate cybersecurity incident response and follow up on security observations.
• Prepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, and Security Controls.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and Saudi cybersecurity regulations.
