The Opportunity: Dark Store Commercial Supervisor / Station Manager

Keemart is seeking to fill two full-time roles in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Station Manager and Commercial Supervisor. The Station Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of an individual service station, which typically spans 700 to 1,000 square meters and houses approximately 6,000 SKUs. Daily order volumes generally exceed 1,000 orders. The Commercial Supervisor assists the Station Manager with daily operational tasks and team supervision, reporting directly to the Station Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Staff Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of station staff across sorting, packing, receipt/return, inventory, and aquaculture. This includes recruitment, interviewing, and training. Address challenges related to labor worker retention.
• Warehouse Management: Manage daily inbound shipments and returns from the main warehouse. Organize the on-site team for receiving and processing returns, restocking shelves, and managing inventory. Ensure real-time updates of online product stock levels to prevent stockouts. Oversee task allocation for order picking, packing, and fulfillment to meet delivery timelines, order accuracy, and product quality standards.
• Customer Complaint Management: Address daily customer complaints, primarily concerning product quality, order discrepancies, and delivery timeliness. Collaborate with relevant support departments, such as Quality Control and Inspection, to follow up, resolve issues, and provide feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar operational or supervisory role, preferably within retail, logistics, or a dark store environment.
• Experience range: 5-10 years.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and train a team of third-party employees, typically ranging from 15 to 30 personnel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, logistics, and real-time operational tasks.
• Problem-solving skills for addressing customer complaints and operational challenges.
