About the Role: Head of Data & AI Delivery

Masterworks, an IT services company, is seeking an experienced leader to join its team in Riyadh as the Head of Data & AI Delivery. This full-time position is critical for driving and overseeing strategic Data & AI initiatives within government, banking, or large enterprise environments.

Role Overview and Impact

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams and manage the comprehensive delivery of Data & AI programs. This role involves driving digital transformation initiatives that are closely aligned with business objectives, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in data management, artificial intelligence, and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Data & AI projects and delivery operations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, governance, risk management, timelines, and reporting.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and business leaders to align delivery with strategic goals.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and modern project delivery practices.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Support enterprise digital transformation and data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National and eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, Data Delivery, AI Programs, or Digital Transformation.
• Previous experience within Banking, Government, or Large Enterprise environments is highly preferred.
• Experience managing ministry or government leaders as stakeholders.
• Proven experience with risk and vendor management.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile frameworks and enterprise project delivery.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and excellent proficiency in English.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agile, or ITIL.
