Join Total-TECH Co as a Data Engineer specializing in Security, DLP, Data Classification, DRM & Secure File Sharing. We are a leading IT services provider in the Middle East, known for our exceptional customer service and commitment to meeting our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, implement, and enforce DLP policies across endpoints, email, and cloud apps.
  • Investigate data leakage attempts and coordinate with business units for remediation.
  • Perform Shadow IT risk assessments using Netskope.
  • Build compliance dashboards to track data protection KPIs.
  • Deliver monthly DLP incidents and compliance reports.
  • Implement data classification policies (Confidential, Restricted, etc.) via Bolden James.
  • Apply digital watermarks on sensitive documents using Data Patrol.
  • Configure and enforce DRM access control policies via Seclore.
  • Manage secure file sharing, encryption, access control, and auditing via Kiteworks.
  • Conduct user awareness training on secure data handling practices.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data security roles. Familiarity with DLP vendors such as Forcepoint, Netskope, and associated security protocols is preferred.
