About the Role: Data Entry Specialist

alfanar Group is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for EXA Ceramics in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring data accessibility across departments, contributing to an efficient work environment. Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to collect and accurately enter data into databases. This enables all departments to access necessary information, which is fundamental for operational efficiency and maintaining comprehensive records of valuable company data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compile data from various departments, ensuring accurate records of production.
• Ensure daily consumption of physical stock in glaze line preparation and digital ink sections for posting.
• Execute C011 T-code for posting daily produced quantities of GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring, and Polishing.
• Execute MIGO T-code for posting consumable materials and receiving materials of GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring, and Polishing from the store.
• Execute CO02 T-code to release Purchase Orders (POs) for posting.
• Execute MB52 T-code to verify stock levels before posting.
• Execute COOIS T-code to identify production order information.
• Execute COGI T-code to clear error postings related to goods movement.
