Role Overview

Masterworks is seeking a Data Management and Governance, Senior Consultant to lead data management and AI-enablement initiatives. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, involves ensuring compliance with NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements. The consultant will focus on data strategy, governance, quality, and AI readiness, while also leading client engagements, supporting business development, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data management initiatives, including data strategy, governance, data quality, master data, and metadata management.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses against NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements.
• Develop data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Enable AI readiness and translate business requirements into data and AI use cases using tools such as Informatica.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to RFP responses.
• Develop consulting methodologies, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Manage client relationships, project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare progress reports and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in data management and governance. The position requires a strong understanding of data strategy, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with NDMO, NDI, and PDPL requirements.
