About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Data Management Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in data management, focusing on ensuring data integrity, strategic implementation, and compliance within an organizational context. The consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex data challenges and establishing robust data frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data processes to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information throughout the organization.
• Track data health and performance indicators to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of plans related to business intelligence and analytics, reference and master data management, data architecture and modeling, document and content management, as well as data operations.
• Develop and modify data, and review artifacts related to data architecture.

Data Strategy and Compliance

• Assist clients in developing comprehensive data strategies, encompassing data architecture, quality assurance, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and security protocols, and data compliance with both local and international regulations.
• Establish overarching frameworks for the execution of data programs, including identifying business requirements, tracking initiative advancement, and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct assessments of data management compliance and produce reports on the findings.
• Create and uphold a data catalog along with data value realization plans, while overseeing their execution.
• Design a template for the data catalog, which includes a data dictionary and a business glossary.
• Create relevant templates for data value realization, such as pricing model templates and charging model templates.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a data management team.
• Knowledge of alignment with strategic and operational products.
• Understanding of relevant technical and national controls and standards, with the ability to apply them effectively.

Essential Skills

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess compliance and prepare the required reports accurately.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
