About the Role

TAAM Health, a leading healthcare transformation company, is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join its dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of Tamer Healthcare, with over 100 years of expertise, this role is instrumental in enhancing efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and driving sustainable growth within the healthcare sector, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The position focuses on building and managing a consolidated demand planning capability across hospital clusters to effectively eliminate stockouts and reduce overstock by translating historical consumption data into forward-looking replenishment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consolidated demand forecasts across all 20 hospital clusters.
  • Design and implement robust demand planning processes, frameworks, and governance structures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Procurement department to ensure replenishment plans align with supplier lead times.
  • Analyze consumption patterns, seasonality, and demand variability across various hospital clusters.
  • Build and manage a team of Demand Planners, including direct supervision of two reports.
  • Provide Holdco leadership with clear visibility into demand signals and potential inventory risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
  • Proven experience utilizing statistical forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  • A background in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
