Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Demand Supply Planner to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Demand Supply Planner will be responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts across various channels and categories, as well as ensuring optimal stock levels and inventory management. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal teams to align forecasts with business strategies and maintain product availability.

Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning

• Develop, implement, and manage 12-18 month demand forecasts at channel, category, account, and item levels. Recommend actions to achieve target levels.
• Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecast reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align demand forecasts with business strategies, involving finance, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to assess product and category performance.
• Ensure trends are accurately captured in item-level demand plans, including base item and promotional forecasting, event planning, and weekly/monthly performance analysis and insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis on forecast variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.

Key Responsibilities: Supply Planning

• Establish ideal stock levels by location, considering supply reaction time and all lead times.
• Ensure stock availability across all locations, managing inbound warehouse replenishment from suppliers, outbound store replenishment, and outbound sell-in to B2B customers.
• Manage inventory, including proposing stock liquidation strategies to prevent overstock situations by location.
• Plan supply for novelties in close collaboration with the New Products Development and Marketing teams.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
