About the Role

MENA-BIG is seeking a qualified Dermatologist Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is with a leading organization focused on patient care and clinical excellence within the hair health sector. The company specializes in recruitment services, human resource consultancy, administration management, international business development, and strategic consultancy, with a presence across Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to medical protocols, hygiene standards, and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Diagnose patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment or hair transplant plans.
• Supervise medical teams during procedures.
• Maintain high clinical quality standards by ensuring established protocols are followed.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and oversee quality assurance processes.
• Ensure positive patient outcomes throughout treatments and hair transplant procedures.
• Follow up on patient progress post-treatment or transplantation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Registrar license in Dermatology issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Fluency in English is required.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required.
• Experience within the hair health industry is highly valued.
