Role Summary

WSP is seeking a Design Manager - Telecoms/AV/ELV to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology infrastructure across a portfolio of large-scale developments. The role requires collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective integration of various low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage telecoms, AV, ICT, security, and ELV design consultants.
• Review technology strategies, design submissions, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate ICT and low-voltage systems across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure the integration of smart technologies, security systems, structured cabling, AV, and communications infrastructure.
• Support stakeholder engagement and technical workshops.
• Monitor consultant performance and project deliverables.
• Review compliance with relevant standards, requirements, and authority regulations.
• Support procurement and technology implementation strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Demonstrated experience on large-scale mixed-use, smart city, hospitality, or commercial developments.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of ICT, ELV, AV, and technology infrastructure systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will join a team focused on delivering complex technology infrastructure projects within a collaborative environment.
