The Role of DevOps Engineer

Naseej is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting application deployment, monitoring, automation, and production environments. The role requires 2-5 years of experience, with a focus on practical knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application deployment and maintenance across various environments.
• Monitor live applications and production environments.
• Manage and support Docker containers.
• Assist with Kubernetes (K8s) deployments and operations.
• Support Test Automation activities and automated testing processes.
• Monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform Linux (Ubuntu) administration and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and environment-related issues.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of DevOps processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with 2-3 years specifically as a Junior DevOps Engineer.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and scripting tools.
