Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, SIMAH is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join its team in a full-time capacity.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of SIMAH’s digital marketing initiatives across various relevant online channels. The objective is to ensure an effective brand presence, foster audience engagement, drive strong campaign performance, and align all activities with the company's marketing and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the social marketing strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification to propose initiatives that promote SIMAH's corporate image and increase website traffic.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns by leveraging digital and offline channels and allocating resources effectively to maximize outreach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
• Work closely with the Web Development Team, providing clear internal briefs for team or external agency implementation, and ensuring web projects are completed and delivered on time.
• Set up and optimize digital campaigns within multiple platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive content library by managing development, production, and dissemination processes to ensure timely access to accurate and optimized communication materials.
• Establish creative production standards by defining quality benchmarks and supervising graphic design and multimedia outputs to deliver high-quality assets that support marketing initiatives.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights by preparing reports and sharing updates with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster innovation in marketing practices by encouraging creative ideas and adopting emerging trends to enhance SIMAH’s competitive advantage and customer engagement.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating a proven track record in strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimize for ROI.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong organizational skills for content library management and creative production oversight.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for stakeholder engagement and performance insights.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative marketing practices.
