Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Base Career is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading digital marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, CRM integration, and performance optimization across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, lead, and manage lead generation, optimization, and CRM integration processes from inception.
• Maintain the CRM as the primary source for lead attribution and collaborate with IT to ensure data quality and completeness.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the CRM system for all leads, attribution, reports, performance metrics, and business data, working with IT, Sales, and Telesales to ensure accurate data capture, distribution, and tracking.
• Manage communication with the digital agency across all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage MAH RE's presence on the Sakani platform, including listing completeness, project data, offers, and visibility, coordinating with Sales on Sakani-sourced leads and buyer eligibility.
• Manage property portal listings (Aqar, Bayut, and others), monitoring listing quality and lead performance.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting.
• Oversee website analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, UTM structures, dashboards, and attribution models.
• Manage API integrations between websites, advertising platforms, CRM systems, call-tracking tools, WhatsApp, and other lead-management platforms.
• Ensure accurate data flow, lead routing, source tracking, and campaign attribution across all digital touchpoints.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and lead generation roles.
