About the Role

Roche is seeking a Digital Solutions Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing IT technical support for Roche's IT solutions and software at customer sites. The expert will be responsible for implementing, organizing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of installed IT solutions, ensuring efficient, high-end service in compliance with Roche standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, design, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Roche Digital solutions at customer sites, followed by reporting and documenting install, service, and support cases.
• Provide consultation on connectivity solutions, regulatory compliance, and security concerns related to Roche Digital solutions.
• Implement Digital products to ensure Roche product goals are achieved and integrated via HL7 and ASTM with Hospital/Laboratory Information Systems (HIS/LIS) within prescribed timelines and cost parameters.
• Support the Sales team with digital-related products during sales visits, tendering, and presales activities, including conducting technical presentations for Roche Digital Solutions.
• Translate the features of Digital Solutions products into customer-oriented benefits communication.
• Implement Roche Digital solutions for combining analytics and pre-/post-analytics with sample and data flow concepts to enable total lab solutions.
• Conduct customer training on proper use and troubleshooting of Roche Digital solutions and systems, documenting training as per Roche standards.
• Provide support to customers using Roche Digital solutions across different times and areas based on changing business needs.
• Engage with customer HIS/LIS and IT teams, and other necessary stakeholders, to build strong relationships.
• Escalate new and trending business needs to the RIS development team.
• Support adherence to the latest security policies, standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking. A postgraduate degree and/or project management certification are preferred.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in Healthcare IT (Laboratory Information System, Hospital Information System).
• Practical experience with IT solutions in Healthcare, Windows OS & Server environments, and a common understanding of network topology and design.
• Practical working experience with HL7/ASTM protocols, networks, and database concepts.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases, Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and firewall solutions (*, Fortigate).
• In-depth knowledge and practical work experience with Roche IT solutions (Navify Solutions).
