This project aims to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. The overall objective is to provide rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities, contributing to strengthened policy dialogue, improved program implementation, and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

The Role of Senior Non-Key Expert – Diplomatic Training

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Diplomatic Training to support technical assistance assignments. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on providing expertise in diplomatic and international-relations training, curriculum development, and related areas.

The Senior Non-Key Expert will contribute to assignments covering a range of specialized topics, including:

• Diplomatic and international-relations training
• Curriculum development
• Negotiation strategies
• Leadership development
• Crisis management
• Public diplomacy
• Strategic communication
• Digital engagement

Professional Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should demonstrate a strong background in diplomatic training and related fields. The required professional experience includes:

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in designing and delivering diplomatic or international-relations training.
• Experience in areas such as negotiation, leadership, crisis management, public diplomacy, media engagement, and/or strategic communication.
• Experience in developing curricula and learning materials for diplomatic or public-sector training institutions.
• Experience advising public institutions on social media, digital communication, and digital engagement strategies.
• Experience working with foreign ministries or diplomatic academies is highly desirable.
