About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity & Incident Response to lead and enhance the organization's cybersecurity program. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves managing risk, security operations, incident response, and compliance to safeguard systems, data, and users. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the organization’s cybersecurity program.
• Manage risk, security operations, incident response, and compliance efforts.
• Protect organizational systems, data, and users from cyber threats.

Performance Indicators

• Reduce critical vulnerabilities through effective remediation strategies.
• Improve incident response times and the effectiveness of outcomes.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with established security standards.
• Increase security awareness and promote secure user behavior across the organization.
• Strengthen security monitoring capabilities and enhance threat detection mechanisms.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven experience in managing incident response and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and risk management principles.
• Working knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Relevant certifications including CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SIEM/SOC operations and vulnerability management (scanning, patching).
• Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of network, endpoint, and cloud security principles.
• Experience using incident response tooling and maintaining incident playbooks.
